Orders, Delivery & Returns



We process purchases on working days, which are Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays in Singapore.

For delivery mode with tracking services, we will provide you with a tracking number once we have shipped your order to you.




You must provide complete and accurate details at the time of making your purchase. You may be required to provide additional details upon our request to ensure the accuracy of your order.

You must enter the correct delivery address and delivery instructions at the time of placing your order. If you enter an incorrect address, Mint & Pint is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our own expense.





Secure and fuss free payment via Paypal’s trusted transaction platform. Credit card (via Paypal) and Ibanking payments (DBS/POSB) are also accepted.

For credit card payments, no Paypal log-in account is required. Simply select paypal as payment mode when checking out and you will be guided on the payment process.

Upon the payment for your order, we will email you an invoice, which confirms receipt of your order.



All prices quoted on the website or pursuant to your enquiry with us are in Singapore Dollars (SGD). Costs relating to international orders will be calculated via our integrated currency converter. The actual international currency conversion that you are charged via your bank may vary. We reserve the right to vary the prices displayed on the Website from time to time and without notice to you.




We process orders daily -- Monday through Friday -- with the exception of holidays. We promise to dispatch your order from our warehouse within 1-2 working days upon payment.

Parcels are mailed via Singpost. Depending on the delivery mode opted, kindly allow your parcels 2-7 working days to reach you for local delivery and 5-12 working days for international shipping. Shipping times may vary depending on the availability of items and your location. You will be notified of any delays in processing your order. 



Free shipping worldwide on orders SGD$50 and above!



During checking out, you may either opt for Normal, Registered postage, AM Mail Letter Box or Courier Service.


Normal Postage from SGD$1                                      (3-4 working days)
- Delivery rate varies with weight starting from $1 for the first 250g. As tracking is not available for Normal Postage, Mint & Pint will not be held liable for any lost parcels/ damaged items mailed out via Normal Postage. Max weight limit 2kg. More details on postage rate can be found here.


Registered Postage from SGD$3.50                           (3-4 working days)
- We strongly recommend Registered Postage for trackable and doorstep delivery at only an additional SGD$2.50 to the normal postage rate. Your tracking number will be emailed to you within 2-3 working days once your parcel has been delivered. Max weight limit 2kg.


AM Mail Letterbox SGD$2.60                                    (Next working day by 11am)
- Mail will be delivered to your letterbox by 11am the next working day if it is posted by 5 pm (Mon-Thur) or 6pm (Fri). To ensure you get your mail the next working day, orders and payments must be made before 3pm (Mon-Thur) or 4pm (Fri).  Kindly note that this delivery method is only available for orders less than 300g. This delivery method is not trackable. If tracking is preferred, we strongly recommend Registered Postage. Max weight limit 300g.


Courier Service (SmartPac) SGD$5                                 (1-2 working days)
-Parcel will be delivered to your doorstep within 2 working days after it has been processed for delivery. In the case of no one is at home to receive the parcel, your parcel will be placed in your letterbox. Your tracking number will be emailed to you within 2-3 working days once your parcel has been delivered. Max weight limit 3kg.


Kindly note that we are not responsible for shipping delays by the postal service or customs, and lost or stolen packages. Any customs fees, duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

We always try to process your order as quickly as possible, so if you happen to change your mind, please send a cancellation request to within 24 hours of placing your order. Please note that sending a request does not automatically cancel your order. We will contact you as soon as we receive your request to let you know if we can process your cancellation. Unfortunately, orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. 


Note that we reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason we are unable to provide you with the Products subject to your order. We will contact you should this occur. You will not be entitled to claim any additional amounts or seek compensation for any loss, expense or damage (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience, which may result from such cancellation.



We want you to be happy with your jewels and knick knacks! All items are thoroughly inspected before mailing out.  If you've received an item with manufacturing fault or wrong/missing item, we're so sorry! It's never our intention, but sometimes it happens.


In these cases, we are happy to exchange or refund and we'll take care of the return shipping for you in terms of store creditsWe don't offer exchange or refund on change of mind.


Kindly email us at within 7 working days of receiving the item(s) to request an exchange or refund with your Name and Clear Snapshots of the area with defect/ wrong order. Once we received your returned item(s), new item(s) will be shipped out to you for exchanges, or your refund will be processed within 2-3 working days.


We regret that exchanges or refunds requested outside of this time frame and failing the following conditions will be declined.


- Items must be shipped back within 8 working days receiving your item.

- Items must not be worn, used or altered in any way.

- Items sold are brand new thus must be returned in its original packaging and condition.

- Sale items and pre-ordered items are final sale.


Customers are highly recommended to mail the return item(s) via a mode of delivery that allows tracking. Mint & Pint will not proceed on with the return if the parcel does not reach us and are not liable for loss mails sent via normal mail.


For international returns, just be sure to send it back using your Local Post to take advantage of the most cost-efficient method. We will not be responsible for high shipping costs and/or fees associated with shipping with FedEx, UPS, DHL or any other courier service. Once you have sent your package back to us, we'll let you know via email as soon as we've received it!


Kindly allow manual measurements stated to varies by 1 - 3cm and there may be slight variations for each piece.  Colors shown may deviate slightly on different screens as different devices have different colour resolutions. As such, colors may be portrayed with slight differences to the human eye (and under different lighting). Slight variations may not be considered as a defect.

Note that we reserve the right to determine the eligibility of your request for Return/Exchange and by purchasing an item, you are deemed to have been agreeable to all the terms and conditions stated.  All returns are final and further requests will be denied.
